WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the Account icon in the site header and select “Forgot your password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have provided with a link that will allow you to create your new personal password.

CAN I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

No, unfortunately not. All orders are processed as soon as they are received, so any additions need to be sent as a new order.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer this service.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard and AMEX via Square.

IS MY CREDIT CARD SAFE AT YOUR STORE?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?

Please note that we do not accept returns on some items, including those marked as FINAL SALE, which will have been priced accordingly and clearly outlined in their Terms of Sale.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

All users can navigate The Glassware Outlet without registering personal information. However, by creating an account and ticking the mailing list option, an account holder agrees to be contacted.

When placing an order, The Glassware Outlet collects all the data of the customer needed for the shipping and billing processes: name, addresses, phone number, and email.

In order to complete the order, we will provide some information to our trusted third-party partners, namely bank institutions and shipping partners. We do not keep any credit card information.
