Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal via Square.
We have put very strict security measures in place on The Glassware Outlet in order to guarantee your personal information. The Glassware Outlet website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. We do not keep or save any credit card information.
Orders are processed 1-2 business days after receipt.
Transit times are 5-14 days, with deliveries made via Australia Post. Please note transit times may vary particularly during peak periods, such as Christmas.
Shipping costs are dependent on the size of the order and delivery location and will be calculated in the Shopping Cart. Rates are for Australia Post standard Parcel Post and are charged at cost.
Delivery times are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5:30 pm, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed through in which you can follow the progress of your order.
